This spacious newly remodeled lake home is a modified A-frame that has a huge open Great Room area with fireplace, dining and kitchen combined with a spectacular view of Lake Oconee. On the main level, you have the Master suite(King), and 2 other additional large bedrooms(1 bedroom has queen) (1 bedroom has two doubles) and 2 baths.
This two-level home also has a huge covered porch with lots of sitting areas to soak in the views. The lower level has a Game Room with pool table and an additional seating area with another TV to catch all of the games. The lower level also has 2 large additional bedrooms(both bedrooms have 2 double beds in each room), making it a perfect family getaway. The lake lot has a very gentle slope to the dock, excellent water depth, and a beach area for the children. Beds are as follows: Master/K, Guest queen, Guest 2 doubles, guest 2 doubles, guest 2 doubles.
The home is very close to a boat ramp to launch your boat and there are boat rental companies in the area. Lake Oconee is a beautiful clean lake, and we also have 10 championship golf courses in our area, putt putt golf for the children and grownups alike, great fishing, a wonderful place for family vacations.
