The quick answer is email them and ask where they are. But this is so obvious there must be another problem involved. Ask the question again, and explain the difficulty. Otherwise you are not going to get any helpful answers.

Email that person & ask them, but be careful on how you ask this person. Don't just write "I want to see you again" or "let's see each other again" I had those two phrases written in my email and I didn't want to see this person again. So, you have to write why you want to see that person and ask "may I see you again sometime if you're not busy. Then that person will answer.
