Websites are only as safe as YOU make them for yourself. If you don't want to talk to some creepy pedophile, then don't.

I have never heard of Facebook, so I couldn't tell you. Do you mean in terms of computer security or are you talking about whom you might meet on there and physical security? If its the latter, I would guess its a crap-shoot either way.

Bolt.com is waaaaaaay safer and cleaner then myspace or any other website. You can upload pics and music and videos too.

They are both perfectly safe unless you plan to go on and blatantly post you social security number and other vital information like credit card numbers or bank account info.

i think it is because you can only get a facebook account if someone from your school invites you by email unlike myspace which anyone can make.....
