What was the purpose of the Annapolis Convention?

To get the Articales of Confederation changed but not enough delegates showed up so they later held another conventiojn in Phildelphia and got them changed so that the Constitution was made.

Well this is an obscure reference, but at one time Annapolis was the Capital of the Country. A convention was call because the goverment at the time was not working for the new nation. Plus, other goverment things needed to be decided such as who was going to rule etc. Makes good reading if you can find anything on it.
