I think the real thing to consider here is how in the heck he could have possibly know that? Wasn't he with Pegi then?

poor neighborhoods, I suppose. The ideology behind this is that they make love better because of their situation to find a daddy for their children. They feel you will want to be with them because of the sex and stay for the duties of fatherhood
