When i try to play a copied dvd on windows media i cannot click the "play Movie"?

How do i get to see a dvd on Media player that i have copied? You cannot click on "play movie " llike you can on the tv. I have tried to click the play arrow but that starts the film off again!

Get DivX, it is a very good free program for coding and playing movies.

i don't think media player plays it

You should have gotten a dvd playing software with your dvd recorder or your computer (if the dvd recorder came with it) PowerDVD is the one that's usually given out with it.
