Had about two great teachers and that was it. Not my happiest days, uni and having kids was/were and now that I travel and have a great job. Most people seem to have not enjoyed the experience judging by your answers.

What...the first one. Harper Grange in 1963...used to go out on trips at least twice a week and the teachers would never give up on even the more difficult kids. The only thing that was 'crap' was their retributional tactics to those who knew they were doing wrong. Cane on open hands....now that was pure murder! Of course you couldn't run to social services then and warble 'abuse'. Those were the - er - days!

it was several large buildings with small rooms inside we called these classrooms and out side the big buildings we had green stuff with signs that said stay of the grass. Now ive left school and understand what this meant. the teachers wanted to keep it all for themselves.

I had the best time! It was a very small school so everyone knew everyone. It wasn't difficult to be popular. If I had the chance, Id definitely go back...without the homework or lessons! Just the social life

I graduated in 1966 just in time for me to complete four tours of Viet Nam. My school was okay, but now it is a junkie hangout and a safe haven for gangers. Glad I don't live anywhere near it any more.

first one; private school....the shittest place in the world. everyone was so up their own arses and just....detatched from reality. And they didn;t care about your personal development, just abouit you getting the grades and making them look good.
Second one; Best school in the world. My kids will go there.
