Hey! Sorry to bring this charming topic up...but haemorrhoids! I have never had them before and now i do! It is really sore and last night it started bleeding for no reason, i was just watching tv! and then when i woke up this morning it was bleeding again!!! eek! I am really freaked out, which i am sure you can imagine!, you would be too if your bum was bleeding!!!! But I do not want to go to the doctor, I would rather not be showing anyone that area!!
I am not eating much at the moment as I want to avoid trips to the toilet! Can you help me with any ways to help the pain/bleeding or any ways to get rid of them???? please help!! i am stressing big time!

it is best for you to go to your doc. eat some veggies (don;t eat lettuse and Spinach because of the E. Coli) and fruit. Also you may want to use some preperation H. Use a cotton swab, and you need to apply to the affected area although it hurts, it is worth it, sicne it can give you some relief.
You will need to go to the toilet, since you will be soaking your butt in hot water to feel better
Tips to avoid:
-eat your veggies and fruits (be careful of E. Coli)
-use the bathroom and get off the toliet when you are done (sitting on the toilet too long also can affect hermidroids as well)
-You may want to see a doctor to help avoid this

Hemorrhoids are awful. If you are young that is too bad . They are inherited and the only way you can be free from the ones you have is surgery. If they bleed , it is from something your doing. Keep the area clean. Take nice warm baths and then apply Hemorroid cream. You can purchase this cream at the Pharmacy. Keeping it clean is important. But you need to have nourishment. Eat soft foods, no fiber. Until the area heals. I have seen hemmorroids as big as baseballs, in some patients, I have taken care of. If they don't heal and continue to bleed, then you need to go to a Doctor. You sure don't want Infection to set in. That could be fatal and awful for you. Go to the Doctor , if it don't heal soon. Sorry - but you have to go to the doctor. You could have something more serious. I'm not joking, the doctor has seen a whooooole lot worse. Cutting down your food is the wrong thing to do, it will make you constipated so that when you do go you will have to strain and then you will suffer big time. You wanna eat lots of veggies and healthy stuff to make big, soft, easy-to-push poops. And please see a doctor, it's not as bad as you would think - I mean, how can it be worse that blood and pain in your ringpiece??
