ok sweety 165 is not a twig my man is 165 and 6 foot 3 and he has hella thick arms and a way way way sexy nice body..it just depends where you carry your weight but form experience with living with him and talking to him and working out with him every day this is what i know works...first of all no creatine its not good for you but if you insist on it ask the health food store manager whats best but know its NOT cheap! So work out every other day targeting arms shoulders back legs and tummy..do 10 min of cardio to get yoiur blood flowing it will help you get bigger faster! after your work out go home and take a whey gainer shake most have 2200 calories with lots of protine try GNC or max xxx it about 40 bucks for a bottle. Also take amino acid pills they help build up muscle faster my BF takes 3 before his work out anmd 3 after its about 57 bucks for good ones. Then we eat a good dinner steak or chicken with salad and some type of rice or noodle. good luck

Firstly check out musculartrainingdevelopment.com.
1.Workout hard
2.Eat right
3.Take protein supplement
4.Creatine is next
5. Research the other supplements before you take them.
6. Be patient, the muscle will come.
7. Drink at least a gallon of water everyday
8. Stay away from those fancy supplements with flashy logos and wild claims, stick to protein and creatine till you learn more, any brand will do.

learn basic yoga first. creatine is all the same, when i use it I just take cheap powder that mixes into water. be careful with it, stay hydrated and cycle off sometimes. protein shake is a cheap way to increase protein intake. eat as nutritious a diet as possible.

i can't tell you what muscles you need to exercise. especially without seeing you. that's why i say learn basic yoga first. instead, even. eventually, yoga will tell you what weight training to work on. i would say everyone should do some squats or lunges, and a lot of seated rows and some crunches. and a bunch of stuff with the bar up over your head. I dunno.

p.s. I think MRI brand "NO2" is an incredible product for boosting my energy level and stamina. i think it grows my muscles quite a bit. doesn't work for everyone... super expensive. It's just a special form of arginine, an amino acid.

Forget suppliments. There is no quick fix, you have to just have patients and hard work. Just start lifting the weights and eating right and you'll start to get bigger.
