men are far superior to women so its only right they should get more money.
plus time in service is longer as men dont have to go on maternity etc.

No i don't believe that men and women should get any higher salary.
What happens when all of a sudden a women gets pregnant and her boyfriend or husband that made her pregnant leaves then she has to support a family.With lower wages for a women that would mean that you men should take care of the kids and have full responsibility.
And i don't think that men are more intelligent than women.Because men have more imagination seeing how they don't mature as fast as women do.And just because of whats in the middle of your legs doesn't directly tell what gender you are.Because i think that body and mental gender characteristics are different from each.Some men may have more female personality characteristics and the other way around for men.Nothing can be specific, because everything varies.
Men may be smarter though women are more mature not in all cases depending on the individual.
But do men have children to take of.And how many men take advantage of women and leave them with children.And with higher salaries that would mean that you would have a obligation to stay and take care of the family.

If doing the same job at the same level of expertise then both should get the same.
I can only presume you phrased your question as only a male chauvanist would to get a lot of responses - how pathetic.
Its the women who keep most countries going - who made all ammunition etc during the wars - oh yeah...women who allegedly werent good enough to do it when the men werent fighting - women would've fought in the wars too had the military let us & not been so sexist.
With view like yours I hope your either a) gay (no offence gay guys) or b) happy being single cos no woman would want to be with someone that chauvanistic

Women wouldn't be in maternity ward unless a man helped to put them there.
No , men should not get more money than women. Many women are out working, feeding kids that a dead beat dad will not help feed.
Women buy kids clothes and food too.
Sounds like you're one of the guys- uh excuse me - I mean male who does not like women.
Well buddy if a woman had not carried you nine months , suffered through child birth, you would not be here. While your dad only enjoyed the pleasure part of bringing you here.
So , I wouldn't put women down if I was you, Your mother and grandmother were women.

Wow and you are a man goes to show you guys do not know what you are talking about (some of you) Why should women take what they are given and be grateful? My hubby is an engineer of many years experience and he told me that the best design engineer he ever worked with was a woman. (He is a quality engineer) As he is a complete male chauvinist pig that is one hell of a compliment.
Whatever they paid her was not enough to get a compliment like that from him!
