I'd be amazed if it wasn't legal. It's not really any different to using a spyhole lens to see who's at the door.

there would appear like there's a precise formulation for that, yet there is not any longer. i did a pin hollow digital camera in my image type a pair of months in the past. in spite of you do, do no longer use a Pringles can. i had honestly NO success, my pictures basically got here out blurry messes. Your basically going to could play around with the time. it will take a pair of situations. I used a Pringles can, and approximately 20 seconds, and my pictures have been kinda dark. like i stated basically play around with the time. the shorter the gap between the hollow and ur image paper the shorter the time it might appear like. that's what different young ones in my type stated. if the photos shop popping out dark your hollow could be to important. while u poke the hollow on the backside your in basic terms meant to apply the very tip of a needle, do no longer even attempt to poke the needle each and each of ways with the aid of. anyhow, shop the exposure time from 10-30 seconds. if its too dark you like much less time, too mild you like extra time. And in case you bypass up or down in time uncovered in basic terms bypass up 2-3 seconds at a time. wish this helps =)

I have done this. I used it for my security. No problem with doing that. If you do record you have to post a sign saying so. Besides I think its kinda fun. Hooked it up to my computer with a wireless cam and it works great.
