I was doing lower leg raises. I did 3 sets of 20. Problem is I'm having back spasms now like crazy and my lower back muscles is contracting and It hurts badly. I've had this before. Someone told me if you do this execise you should have a back brace because it's similiar to doing deadlifts. I forgot to use a back brace the second time and now I'm having back spasms again. The last time these pains took like 3 to 4 days to go away. Anybody have any advice to rid the pain any sooner than 4 days. I've used ICY HOT, I've stretched and I took a hot shower letting the hot water hit my lower back. It hurts like hell. Also anybody ever had a similiar situation like mines?

Yes, definitely use a back brace, increase your potassium intake especially the day before you work out. You can go to your doctor and ask him for Flexeril 4mg. This is a muscle relaxer and should help get rid of the spasms quicker. You'll still need to rest from leg and back exercises for about a week to give those muscles time to recoup.

Tylenol or Ibubrofen should help you. Take with a sports drink like Powerade.

Do repetitions 1/2 apart, from each other, not straight head-on.

Get a memory too! Glad to see someone trying to stay in shape, unlike me. My ankles hurt. Don't even wear high heels.
