Offhand, I'd say any kind of extraterrestrial. We know they're here---apparently they're all over the planet, and have been for thousands of years---but just try to find one when you want to.
I don't know about you, but I'd love to meet some of them, as long as they didn't feel compelled to stick probes up my butt or do other nasty invasive things. Certainly there must be some who already know everything they need to know about humans, and are here for non-manipulative purposes.
How can any of us consider our lives complete until we know something about these most elusive creatures? I sure won't.

Chupacabra. I once saw one for a few seconds in Peru. I had parked my car in the desert near a river it passed beside my car.
