There's an old album from the singer Julie London...what a voice. You can hear her singing "Cry Me A River" in the movie V for Vendetta. Her stuff is great and makes a great backdrop for dinner parties.

Some libraries sell cds that play sounds of nature, like oceans, breezes, etc. Those are pretty relaxing.
