Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy; however, one of the most significant pregnancy symptoms is a delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Understanding pregnancy symptoms is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. Some women experience pregnancy symptoms within a week of conception. For other women, symptoms may develop over a few weeks or may not be present at all. Below is a listing of some of the most common pregnancy symptoms.
Implantation Bleeding:
Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.
Other Explanations: Actual menstruation, altered menstruation, changes in birth control pill, infection, or abrasion from intercourse.

You my dear are one of the lucky women that don't experience morning sickness. Being tired is very, very normal. With my first son I did not have any pregnancy symptoms either but with my second son.........I had morning sickness all day and night. Enjoy this pregnancy because the next one may not be a good for you. Congratulations on your new little life !!! Good Luck !!!

My mom never felt any pregnancy symptoms when she was pregnant with me, and she never had morning sickness. I was a healthy baby. SO Im sure you are fine, and its only 5 weeks, generally you dont feel too much until after the first trimester. So just pray for the best and know you are doing fine!:)

No,you are fine. Not everyone has symptoms with every pregnancy. Plus, you may not have to urinate a lot YET. Wait. Hahaha. Tired is a symptom. You'll get energy around the 6th or 7th month, though. Congrats!

Honey consider yourself lucky, we're among the elite! I'm 7 1/2 weeks and I feel completely fine. Some women don't have symptoms, some get them later in the pregnancy. Smile and enjoy it while you can, odds are it's coming :)

you are feeling a symptom, the tiredness. morning sickness does not occur in every pregnancy, and the frequent need to urinate will usually come in the later months when the baby has grown enought to press on the bladder..every preganancy for every one is different as long as you keep up with your prenatel care and doctors appts you should be fine !!!

that is OK, you are lucky that you do not have morning sickness, I am 28 weeks and I was very very tired for my first 3 moths, that was my main problem , I did not get that much morning sickness either.
Just relax and if you have any question call your Dr.
Good luck :)
