Well in my area there's a place called Arlene's Costumes.
Spencer Gifts is around $20, depending on what you want, Hot Topic is expensive, but they have some good costumes.

right this is a few techniques: bo-peep a fairy a marionette doll (with the pink circle cheeks, curled hair, a flouncy gown, bright eyelashes and strings related of direction) a fb/myspace website (use cardboard) somebody from a undeniable term 50s,60s,70s,80s(very exciting!) or from medieval/rennaissance oftentimes time-honored fictional charachter or a fairytale character-Rapunzel, etc. This one is tremendously cheesy yet considered one of you may string small ceral packing bins on a chunk of rope then stick forks via the packing bins and placed on it around your neck (for this reason THE CEREAL Killer)get it?? Yeah that one may be to "gay" for you (because 13yr olds who do matching costumes are) yet its purely a tenet.
