Not only is Johnny Depp good looking, he is a talented actor who picks roles that many other actors would never consider (ie. Ed Wood, Edward Scissorhands, etc.). He is a very versitile actor who succeeds at every roles he picks. If you haven't noticed, Johnny Depp really becomes each and every character he plays. He has never played the same character twice, other than Jack Sparrow. The success of the Pirates franchise gave him the opportunity to step into Sparrow's shoes once again. If you've read or heard any interviews, he admits to Sparrow being his favorite role. Johnny is also very sexy and is an amazing actor!!!

I've thought that ever since I saw Edward Scissorhands when I was just a little girl. Even with his long scraggly hair and unshaven-ness.
Majority of his appeal to me is that he always chooses interesting roles. He wouldn’t be as attractive to me if he just chose to act in run-of-the-mill, big box office movies.

Most all of us. We are a little put out by the fact that if a man is listed on a best looking list, they go out of their way to be scrungy and unshaven with long stringy dirty hair. They are more insecure than those fat biotches on The Maury Show looking through hundreds of tests for the baby daddie. Johnny dep looks like puke when he doesn't cut his hair, shave, and bathe
