I am so sorry to have to say this, but I don't think there is ever a way to break up without leaving someone hurt. The best thing for you to do would be to just try to make it as easy as possible for him & be very open & truthful. Good luck to you.

You can't, unless he wants to also break up. Hurting people in relationships is inevitable, even the best couple in the world does it. Trying to avoid it will only cause it. You just have to apologize when you do hurt someone and make sure they know you care about them. In this case, you just have to deal with it and make sure he knows how sorry you are that this hurts him so much.

You can't. Unless he's willing to break up. Just try 2 work things out if he doesn't want 2 break up. Try 2 give him a 2nd chance if he sounds hurt w/ the idea of breaking up. I was so in love w/ my gf and she broke up w/ me and it absolutly devasted me. We broke up almost a month ago and I'm still not over it.

You are going to bust his chops no matter what. Doing the mercy kill is no different than the bullet between the eyes. Both ways you are collateral damage. Bottom line be honest but not brutal. Good luck my friend.

Blame yourself or if you're young enough, blame your parents. Say you aren't ready for a relationshpip, or say your parents forbid you to have a boyfriend. Tell him he's great and you hate to lose him, but you have to work on your own issues or something. Say he needs to find someone who appreciates him because at this point in your life, you'd only end up treating him badly. He deserves better.

well it depends on how long you've been going out, and no matter what you do he's still going to get hurt no matter how you put it, unless he didn't really like you to begin with.
