Tell them that you may not be the prettiest person on the outside, but that can be fixed with makeup and surgery. The ugliness in that person's heart that makes them call other people names just to make them feel better about themselves is permanent and can't be covered up or removed. You will find someone who loves you for your good heart, but no one can love someone whose heart is cold and black.

Grab the closest good looking single guy and plant a huge loud kiss on his lips... Then ask him really loud if he thinks you're ugly. When he answers (he will so no way), tell him who called you ugly, and see what he says to them.

People who insult others, usually feel bad about themselves already. So I'd just ignore them. It'll piss them off and maybe some day they'll realize how much they really dispise themself and grow up.

just don´t get into what they´re saying, you know no one has the right nor should say anything offensive to someone, and when they do so they are just showing a lack of sth.
just laugh at them to show them you don´t really care about their opinion
