Do you think you forgot a word? Between "no" and "angles" If it was "no right angles" then the shape is a rhombus. It's basically a kite shape.

If you're sure that there are no angles, the figure would look like a square, only without any corners, like 4 sticks set at right angles to each other. It counts as having no angles because not only is it an incomplete shape, but it also cannot be proven that the line at the corners would come together: they could suddenly veer off in opposite directions.

4 sides with opposite sides parallel is a parallelogram. Not sure about the "no angles" part though, it doesn't sound possible.
Oh, and to answer that chick, a rhombus is an equilateral parallelogram (all sides of equal length). Since we don't know whether the sides are of equal length, I'd go with the more general answer of parallelogram.
