I have not seen any Christmas trees yet. Though they do seem to appear earlier and earlier each year.
Thanksgiving in the U.S.A is the fourth Thursday in November. In Canada Thanksgiving is celebrated on the second Monday in October.

Big Lots put one up in their store already, seems just a little too early. I put mine up the day before Thanksgiving, love to enjoy it.

I saw several in a Dillard's department store on October 9, 2006. I was hoping to see one with Halloween decorations on it but was disappointed.

I saw one in a pub on Sunday, it sickened me to the stomach. Harrods usually puts one up in August...makes you wonder why they bother taking the bloody thing down..
