Yoga has taught me a sense of calmness under great pressure. I personally have never felt it. But people say to me that when I should be scared. I seem to be in control and calm and relaxed and helpful. I think this comes in part on the physical effect of the mental world. It helps people generally relax and invoke a sense of stillness.
