He has steered HUD to promote homeownership for minorities and other on a scale no other president including Billy C., has ever done. It has come at the expense of rental housing programs, but oh well, we all know renters are not worthy anyway.

A bunch of Democrats without one Republican are responsible for highest home ownership. You never would have seen low interest rates that made it possible if they did not balance working Federal budget, and sent huge amount of money looking for safe high return investments.
