The people of N korea are too worried if they will eat this week to worry about the nukes, the leaders in N Korea are too insane to know the full consequences of their actions, as long as they see their names in the international headlines they are happy.

Maybe they think if we have the bomb people won't invade us.
Maybe it is only for protection. The USA has the bomb for that reason. Maybe there are not going to use it to hurt anyone.
