i got white eyeliner today and it looks weird. i was wonder how do i use it to make a open ur eyes.

There are two ways to use it:
The first can be done every day. Apply the liner to the INSIDE and OUTSIDE corners of your eyes (upper and lower lids) and smudge it well. Then, apply your regular liner to the OUTSIDE corners only of your upper and lower lid - also blending well.
The second way should be saved for special occasions. Apply the eyeliner all the way across the rim (where you'll find you tear duct) of your lower lids. The effect is awesome, but if worn every day, it can increase your risk of eye infections. Also, make sure you remove it before sleeping using an eye make-up remover.

Line your top eyelid with white eyeliner. Line the outer bottom half with brown eyeliner, and the inner half with white. It'll make your eyes look really big.

I personally wouldn't use it but there's a couple things you could do.
I wouldn't suggest lining your whole eye with it. Just maybe the edges. I've used very perly white before and got away with lining my whole eye. It wasn't just plain white though.
With that being said, just line your inner lower eye and maybe your upper eye lid opposite end 3/4 of the way over. Make sure you wear eyeshadow that will compliment it though. You don't want light eyes with white eyeshadow because it'll look pretty bad.

You use it on the inside of the eye lashes, like the edge between your eye and your lashes. It's supposed to make your eyes look brighter when you're tired.

HEYYY IF U WNAT UR EYES TO LOOK LIKE WOW AND BE OPEN USE BLACK EYE LINER FIRST(LIQUID IS BETTER) THEN WHITE ON TOP...OF IT BUT BOTH OF THEM THIN...THEN GET LIKE UR COLOR SKIN EYES SHADOW LIKE A LIGHT TAN OR OFF WHITE TOO AND PUT IT AT THE CORNER OF UR EYES AND AT UR BROW LINE

wear it in your inner botom part of the eye or make a small dot in the closer part to your nose , it gives light to the eye

White eyeliner should onky be applied modestly and by a PRO because if its misused u wil end up looking like u have milk spilling out of your bottom eyelids & that is just disgusting. I personally would never use it, but then again, my skin is caramel toned and i would look a hot mess for sure. But im not much of a fan of it on anyone...including Tyra Banks.

It was really big in the mid-nineties, but it's out now. What I would recommend instead is to use white eyeshadow on the inside of your eyes and on the top of the lid. For more details and pictures you could try going to marykay.com/tarahschoell and go to makeup tips.

you use the white liner on the water line's and then line your normal black eyeliner outside of it.
