That's pretty selfish of you. You don't love him so you want a divorce, but you still want free rent from him. Grow up! Move out and get divorced, but take care of your own selfish self. Poor guy.

Say..."I want a divorce, but I still want to be roommates." But seriously, there is no easy way to tell him that. If you're wanting a divorce, he probably knows that there are problems in the marriage. Just say that you think divorce is the best answer, but you'd still like to live with him...then give him your reasons why. He doesn't have to accept them, though.

That is very bad idea. You need at least legally separated. You will never get divorce if you live with your husband.
