First of all e mail me your ideas and what your school is about and second Chill out speeches are not hard to do remember when you are up on the stage you are a different person lets just say when you are on stage you are Maria Tortilla there and last plz answer my question

Make your speech about overcoming your fears in giving a speech.
"Fellow classmates, thank you all for coming hear and listening to me today. You see, it has been very hard for me to speak in front of you; I am not used to this kind of attention (audience chuckles). As I debated whether to come here or not, I came to realize the importance of facing our fears, and doing what is difficult, many times just because it is difficult..."
Then go on to describe why you are afraid, what you did to overcome your fears, and why they should do the same in bigger and more important things.
End with something like:
"So you see, coming here and speaking has made me stronger and I hope has not bored you all too much. Thank you for listening, and go out and conquer your fears."

Honesty. Just talk like you would want to be talked to. Don't talk down to your fellow students, but don't act like you don't belong there either. You are a nominated candidate just like everyone else. And remember, your competitors are just as nervous as you!
