Other people have felt the way you do, but anyone who feels that way now doesn't have any answers for you. It is my belief, that anyone who has felt that way in the past, can no longer remember what it was like. People have to forget the true intensity of their nightmare in order to get over it.
When I was at the lowest point in my life, I made a plan. I didn't want to hurt anyone, so I moved away and started a new life. I was determined to create an outward image of success. I thought after one year I could end it, and it would hurt everyone less. There would no longer be an obvious connection between them and me. I thought they would be shocked and confused, but not have any feelings of guilt. A strange thing happened though, my new life turned out so well, I didn't need to follow through with my plan.
Although it may be a bit radical, my advice is this. Take some time and find an old dream that you once had. Plan a new life for yourself around that dream. Plan out every detail. Cut off all ties with your current life if necessary. Then block everything else out, and go for that dream. You have nothing to lose. You can always return to your current plan if it doesn't work out.
Sleeping pills was my preference.
In life, don't do anything half way.

I'll pray for you.

The easiest and painfree way out is to hang in there.
No matter how bad thing's get.. stay optimistic.

Some times changing your environment helps. Your room/ home, remodeling it sometimes. Changing the type of music you listen to helps. Just resolving old issues with your family to clean your mind about problems that you let simmer to long.

Taking l road trip to clear the mind helps, me. How about reworking.... your entire life and starting over..... with a whole new look. ...works for awhile...but you need to find out what is really bothering you and work from there..

suicide is not the answer, reach out to someone and talk to them about the problems you are having, that person may be able to help. At least that person can listen, which in turn may help.

Suicide is not the answer to anything. there is always some other way to get out of something.

Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

I think suicidal people are weak people who are only into themselves. They do not think about all the people that they are hurting in their life. My cousin killed himself last year and his family still have questions to ask him. They blame themselves for his death and they think what if I was to do this or do that. They grieve everyday. Suicide is not the answer. Its a very selfish act.

That would be pain for you & everyone that loves you. Please don't think so low of yourself to do that because I know you have people in your life that would be very hurt if you did this.
