Get your lazy *** out of the bed! Remember if you snooze, you lose. Try getting in bed earlier and exercising yourself awake. When the alarm goes off, you should not be in the bed, you should be getting ready for work. Toss the second alarm clock and stick to a regemented schedule during your work week. On your off days, you can afford to be lazy. Get up at least two hours before you have to leave home to be at work on time, get at least 7 but no more than 8 hrs or sleep every nite. And start an exercise regemen, end your morning with a real breakfast, oatmeal and bananas and a cup of coffee is cheap, and it tastes better after a morning walk, or jog. And for heavens sake, dont forget to wash your sweaty *** before breakfast.

Alarm clock away from your bed, so you have to get out to stop it, i put mine in a saucpan with no lid on it, try sleeping when that lets rip. Also don,t burn the candle at both ends, get to bed at a reasonable time during the work week. PS The old fashsion alarm clocks are best, two big bells on the top, sounds like the fire alarm .

I suggest thatyou have 3 alarm clock, all set 5 minutes apart and also don't have them next to your bed as you can just roll over and turn it off, this way you will HAVE to get out of bed and turn the bloody thing off! trust me it works, i'm a student nurse and i have to get up at half 5 in the morning - its hard! Good Luck! let me know how it works!

Goto bed at least 6 hours before you need to be up, my dad has a method, dunno if it works cos I've never had to try it, but tap your head say you need to be up at 8 and you goto bed at midnight tap your head 8 times, it supposed to sort of remind your body how long to sleep.
Get an alarm clock with a different sound, you may be used to the sound of the clocks you have already.
If you have a mobile phone that vibrates and has an alarm function, set the alarm and put it under your pillow before you goto sleep, that way you'll possibly be startled awake.

Well I am guessing your turning you alarm off. Thats a habbit you need to stop. When you hear the alarm let it keep ringing. Go strait into the shower. Thats a good way to start your day. Good luck!

Go to bed early. You'd wake up before the alarm goes off.

Move your alarm clock so you have to get out of bed to press snooze. And don't press snooze.
