No. For instance a glucose test may show diabetes, which would not show in a CBC

Not necessarily. I have perfectly normal blood counts. But I have abnormally low thyroid levels, something not checked in a CBC. There are many conditions that are not detectable by a CBC. A "clean" CBC? I think you mean a "normal" CBC, which only means that your blood cell counts are within normal limits.

No. There are separate tests done for STDs, thyroid, liver, etc. Your test indicates that you are "within the normal limits" and not anemic.
