I was physically assalted and I let it go and the guy and 2 girls that did it have a myspace pg and put my senior picture on there as a friend.
I don't know these 3 they are new to my school.

I reported it to all the authorities and they were students.

Did you report it to school administrators or a teacher? If not, then what's there to sue for?

I'm confused, why would you sue the school system if it was a guy and 2 girls (I'm assuming students) that assulted you? If it was a teacher then i'd say yes and contact your local Police department and Notify the school and see what they do, but you would have to elaborate a little more on your question.... and the myspace thing, you lost me there......

I hope it was documented. Free speech goes up to a point where it just becomes harrasment. I don't understand what suing the school system will do. Sueing those who've caused you harm is where the real problem is. School is just trying to educate you. If you feel the school system failed you in some regard in this matter then take it into account.

not if you are the one that let it go. maybe if you had brought this problem up to the school and they did not follow through in anyway. I think it sucks that everyone is so sue happy these days. It is the reason that we pay so much for various insurance and health care and also the reason that many schools dont have enough money to properly teach our kids. Lame!

Have you even talked to the school about the harassment? Are they ingnoring the problem? If you were physically assaulted you should have gone to the police. You won't have much of a case against the school if you don't even have a police report.

u can sue but u won't get anything but a big legal bill.. why don't u put their picture on the internet and let every one know what they did and exact some revenge.
