what is the sinificance of peri auricular (infront of the ear ) glands enlargement without fever?

The glands are painful one on each side .It is becoming big single glands

possible obstruction of the eustacian tube, tmj, and several other things in the same vicinity. Time to see a doctor.

Usually w a lymph gland sweling that means your body is fighting infection=do you have a blocked eustachian tube or any immune system problem?? see a md if it does not resolve stat- D
