Since your dress is strapless, dont wear a necklace. Go for the "naked neck" look, its very sexy. Instead try a pair of big chandaleir earrings. I think gold jewelery would look stunning.
As for your hair, curled and pulled off to the side in a lower pony would look cute, or in a low loose bun at the nape of your neck.
Dont wear it down because it hides the fact that it's strapless, you'll get very hot, and it will hide your earrings.

Depends on how low cut the dress is. If it is extremely low cut, a longer necklace will show off your cleavage and I would wear gold. If it is to your neck line don't wear a necklace but a bracelet. If it is mid, you can wear a shot necklace.
Earings are a MUST, nothing too flashy, just simple.
Wearing your hair up for a formal is also a must. Try going to a hairstyling school for someone to do it for you. They are cheap and they do a great job!

No necklace-just add a very little bit of gold shimmer powder across your breastbone. Pull your hair mostly into an updo with just a few wispy pieces down the back to soften it up. Don't pull your hair tight against your head either-that looks silly. Keep it soft with lots of curl, if your hair can keep it. If not, do a loose bun. Delicate, dramatic chandelier earrings in a gold or bronze to finish it off,

I love a copper-toned necklace and earrings and maybe even a bracelet with brown. Wear your hair down and you'll look sexy.

Im sorry, i cant see the link for some reason, yet i might think of that, once you're wearing wedges, you may placed on rather chunky, assertion rings, the two brown blue or white, to stability it out.

Go for gold because gold looks classy especially with brown. and i say you should curl your hair if it's usually straight, and straighten your hair if it's usually curlly.
