I'd really like to but I don't understand what you're asking given the way you've phrased it. As far as jokey or whatever go, you'll be lucky to get responses at all. I suggest you edit and clarify.

no it proves that the persons talent or ethic or idea was inadequate to carry him past that mark. someone else builds a better mousetrap or has a better marketing acumen or can organize a more effective work force or has access to more capital can always surpass your efforts.
