The Diamonds ARE real on the one that comes with it, but not on the doll itself! ..... at least according to 3 resources I found.
1."Bratz Forever Diamondz (MGA Entertainment, $29.99 each). Each of the Bratz dolls are outfitted with faux diamonds, and each doll comes with a real diamond pendant that girls can wear themselves. Ages 6 and up."
2. "BRATZ Diamonds are Forever doll, which comes with a real diamond charm necklace."
3. "Bratz Diamonds Hot Holiday Pick
(October 5, '06, 8:44 Edahn Golan)
As the holiday season slowly nears, the diamond industry is keeping its fingers crossed that jewelry sales will pick-up. A surprising aid has come from Toy Wishes Magazine, a guide to family entertainment, and their holiday season "Hot Dozen."
The 12 items on the list, which predicts the season's hot holiday toys, lists the Bratz Forever Diamondz, a $30 Bratz doll outfitted with faux diamonds and a real diamond pendant or bracelet.
The idea behind the diamond jewelry is that girls can wear them too. The toy, for girls ages 6 and up, is the kind of item marketers love – an entry level product that will create an early interest among potential consumers.
Some of the other toys on the list are a Barbie play set, a three foot tall pony that responds with clip-clop and walking sounds when climbed on, a high-tech makeover system that includes a built-in camera and a touch pad, a digital camera, a Lego robot, a limited edition Monopoly, Tickle-Me Elmo, and the WII game console."

Nope. The diamonds have to be fake or else the bratz dolls will be like $500.

Notice on the commercial, it says diamond(Z) The z is like you are buying (K) rab in sushi. The sushi is made out of a different material such as clam. So the answer is no, the Z says everything.
Hope you learned something..

Hi. I'm a 10-year-old girl and I asked my mom and she said that it wouldn't make sense for people to just give away diamonds and thar they're just cheap rinestones. I got one for my 5-year-old neice that's turning 6 this Saturday and it was just rinestones and glitter. I hope I helped. How old are u? Maybe you could e-mail me sometimes. I'm Imani121395@yahoo.com.

no, real diamonds are really rare so no way they would put them on a doll, or the doll would cost a whole lot more ( 1000)at least
