What can I put in it apart from flannel, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, pencils, eraser, sharpener, ruler. What else? We are doing a boy and a girl. (7-10yrs)

did you know that they open all boxes and spread the contents around between different boxes!!- so you think you are buying for one child but really your buying for many!!
for a girl- bobbles- hair clips- notepads- gloves scarf-hat- socks!-£1 for 4 pairs in Tesco!!)- stickers
you can go on and on- and its amazing how much they add up to!!

Try a playstation. They dont want things like pencils and rulers nowadays.

Absolutely! This is something I wouldn't miss. We've also put in: matchbox cars, small puzzles, hard candy (that won't melt) or gum, small coloring books or journals, that kind of thing.

you can put in clothes, toys-bouncy balls,you can also put in gum but it's not recommended.
