To be frank, you sound truly f*cked up and in desperate need of attention. Married men should NEVER be tinkered with, and of course their marriage is unhappy, otherwise he wouldn't be sleeping with you. Also, he's never gonna leave - face it. He's having his cake and eating it... and you are wanting to, whilst singlehandedly ruining two relationships - his with his wife, and yours with him.
I'd go and seek some professional help dearie. Really, this is f*cked up... Have you listened to yourself?

You sound like me a year ago. You are setting yourself up for nothing but pain and you are going to mess up your life if you continue to see him. There are a lot of people calling you a b**** and a homewrecker, etc., but it comes down to this....he is not going to leave her for you. If he is not using the excuse about the property it will be something else. I promise you that if you continue on with this relationship, someone is going to be hurt and I guarantee it will be you. So...pick up what dignity you have for yourself and find someone who can give you what we all deserve....respect and love. How is this for reality? Statistics show that a relationship such as yours that last is in the single digits... Single digits! Is this worth going thru all of this? Your question about being unfaithful to this married man should not be your question. Your question should be I need help, I am totally messed up and I need someone to give me some good advise.

I wouldn't listen to any of these answers. They all sound so negative. None of them have experienced what you are going through so they will not understand. Married men are usually very experienced and very caring, something you don't usually get with a lot of single guys. There is absolutely nothing wrong in being in love with one; afterall, it's the heart that loves and not the brain. If you are sure he loves you and you love him, give him time to sell his property and come good on his word. Cheating on him will hurt both of you and you may never be able to deal with the guilt. You could find yourself being terribly hurt. Married or no married, stick with him and make it happen. It happens everyday.

YES........
.........So you're fooked up and in-love with a married man........Treat it like an un-happy marriage (as your boyfriend has)!
DUMP HIM NOW!
Save your sanity, self esteem, confidence and DIGNITY! (and go shag with abandon) hehehe (using procolatives of course)!
The wife will find out eventually and will be after you BIG TIME!
He will come out with all excuses as to how it won't be long and you'll be together blah blah but don't believe him!!!
He was never gonna be with you, although you may not want to face it, his wife (presumably has children too) has no idea you exist whose world would be ruined if she found out!
AGAIN....DUMP HIM.....HE IS NO GOOD FOR YOU......HE WILL NEVER LEAVE HIS FAMILY FOR YOU!
How do you cope with Christmas and other special occasions? Do you have to spend these times alone wondering what he's up to, while your're waiting for him to call/visit?
PLEASE call it quits, get a better life for yourself and let him wonder what you're doing rather the other way round!
Be happy cos life is too damn short! ;-}

Wait a minute! You're worried about a married man catching you cheating? Something is wrong with you! Stay away from married men! Period! Even if he does leave his wife for you, what kind of trust will you ever have, after he's been cheating on her for 3 years? And believe me, he won't trust you either!

Yes, you sound mad. If he really loves you, he'll forgive you, yeah? Just as you forgive him for f***ing his wife. No problem at all. Explore away, honey. You only get one chance at life and it's just possible that he WILL leave his wife and then you're stuck, eh no? I mean, you'd have no choice at all then, would you? (What I'm trying to say is that you're in control of your life at every stage of the game, dumbo.)

i wouldnt waste my time on a married man- they will never leave their partners and family for you. You are being taken for a ride! and he knows how to string you along. If i was in your position I would ditch him and start off with the friend that fancies you-their are no ties there>
