I want to stay in a hotel. in Taiwan, not to expensive but decent and nice. and close to all of the attractions.

It really depens on what city you are visiting. I know that the Caesar Park hotel in Taipei is nice and conveniently located. If you are going to Keelung, then the Evergreen Laurels hotel is nice.

well the grand hotel in taipei is nice and has a great view
cost might be on the higher side but its really nice
