Some jeans shrink in the wash. Once I had a pair of jeans and I took some cheap detugent and my jeans shrunk down a size so I could put them on without them falling down.

These answers are correct, but u can only shrink them but so much. Better off buying new jeans that fit.

you can only shrink jeans when you wash it and thats all but dont bleach it ( i learned that the hard way)
