i think that it means that you need to find a new way to have fun that will cater to your soul and not just your mind...try going to a live band show, going to a club or doing something that you normally wouldnt do that you have wanted to do...endulge in something of a guilty pleasure...something you would love to do and would feel slightly guilty doin it....

I think it means it is time for you to go out and enjoy yourself.
So ring your friends up and plan a night out.
The only one that can change the way you feel is yourself
So if you are feeling down put on some music, dance and sing that will bring your energy level up.
If you go out and have fun that will also bring your energy level up.
People that are feeling down can find the light at the end of the tunnel, but only they can if they search for it.

Sounds as though you could use some ketchup and salt. Go to a carnival, and then spent, come home and open that book you swore you would never read....sounds like fun if you ask me!
