in my opinion really sucks. Are there that many people out there who actually still care about baseball other than the people who bet on it?

I don't really want to wait either but baseball gets incredible ratings and FOX can air House after the season is over. The best of both worlds for them.

Baseball is the only sport I do like, though haven't followed it much this year. But I'll watch the World Series. However, I love the show HOUSE and I wish they'd schedule the baseball around it, instead of vice-versa. Can't wait for the new episodes!

I hate that they have baseball on instead of House. I hate baseball. I'm pissed off that they decided to show that insead of House. Besides baseball is out and the new pass time should be soccer.

My good friend is a big baseball fan. House will be on again, it's my favorite show too, just sit tight. What I can't stand is when they preempt it for American Idol.

I enjoy baseball, and I enjoy "House."
Worry not, there will be more of our favorite smartass cane-wielding misanthrope soon enough. You'll survive the few weeks it'll take to get through the playoffs. Maybe you could even give baseball a chance. It's actually quite enjoyable.

baseball is so booooooooooooooring and corrupt that I might go out and watch a movie or hang with friends. I might just buy this season House on dvd when it comes out and baseball is like 8-10 innings long and usually they have a boring 7th inning stretch which is so boooooooooooooring that I'll fall a sleep with all of the pre & post game coverage. I agree with you 150%.

I don't like having to wait to watch House but I understand why we do. There are alot of people who still care about baseball, I'm not one one of them, but I like hockey and would rather watch the playoffs instead of House. Lucky for me that hockey is not on Fox.

Several teams broke their attendance records this year as did the MLB as a whole.
House is a great show and I watch it, but comparing the audiences between the two is a landslide in favor of baseball.
