My sister is playing that game, and keeps making me look it up. I can't find anything. So, please tell me if Eevee is in Pokemon Sapphire, and if it is, please tell me where to find Eevee. :-)

Eevee is not in Pokemon Sapphire--it is only available in Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen, but you can trade it from one of those versions to Sapphire.
Also, if you have Pokemon Colosseum you can trade Umbreon or Espeon to Sapphire and then breed one of them with a Ditto in Mauville City. Once the egg hatches, you will have a level 5 Eevee.

EEVEE is found inside FIRE RED & LEAF GREEN in the back way of the celedon mansion in celedon city..you have 2 trade eevee over from FIRE RED & LEAF GREEN 2 your sapphire game with a LINK CABLE & a extra GBA ..glad 2 answer take a look at my profile

not in sapphire. you would have to trade it from firered or leafgreen and there is only one available in each of those games. its at the top floor of the celadon mansion. there is also one on pokemon xd for gamecube

yea. it should be. its one of the original pokemon so it should be in there. just dont exect to find one easy. the newer ones will pop up at a higher rate than the orgianal pokemon
