No. If most of the other answers were opposite of mine,Id assume it was them,but maybe 1 of those thumbs down is from the asker.

I don't give ups or downs. I'm going thur fast but I have before went to a question that had no answers and saw there were thumbs down. So I guess some read a question and give a thumbs down. I try to remember to give thumbs up. I can't think of a few times I gave a thumbs down. I don't ask questions and the last time I did I got some....lol

No, anybody can rate it except for level one. So I have no idea who gave me a thumbs up or a thumbs down and I don't care anyway.

depends on the question, if you agree with him/her then he will give you kudos but if you oppose his/her question you will get the thumbs down.
