Citrus fruit does not prevent pregnancies.
Rubbers prevent pregnancies
IUDs prevent pregnancies
The Pill prevents pregnancies
Lots of other forms of birth control prevent pregnancies. But not fruit.
Ignorance is no excuse for getting pregnant so it is good you asked the question. It appears, though, that you aren not ready to be having sex. Please don't have sex unless you know all about your body and all about what prevents pregnancy.
Please. We don't need another baby to support.

I have never heard of that but no eating lemons will not prevent pregnancy.
