I am so sick of this question... but I will answer it anyways. no he does not have a wife or girlfriend or if he does after hearing his interview on the Howard stern show. I doubt Cena will have one to much longer.
I hate to admit it but if he sleeps with as many women as he claims to have I don't think I would want to be married to him.. I understand people get lonely but that is ridiculous especially with all the diseases out there today. contraceptives are not 100%. He should be a little more careful of who he has sex with...

no he is not married imdb says he's married to his ex-fiancee' liz. but they broke up around the same time that it said they got married. and she's not with him anymore but she is the one in the pics if you look at them.
