I lost my virginity when I was sixteen. I don't regret who I did it with, we're still very close friends, but I do wish I could have waited until I was with my current boyfriend, as it's a lot more mature of a relationship then my high-school romance.

20, and I"m really glad that I waited so that it was someone I cared about. I was one of the girls that said that I would wait til I was in love... but I didn't. I don't have any regrets... you know when your ready. Some of my friends haven't been since 16 or 17. it just depends. i think they regret it a little. But they can't take it back. The longer you wait, the more you will get out of it. Memories are better when you understand the situation.
Good luck.

I was 18, I regret it and yes I would have waited! I have had about a sum total of 43 seconds of sex since I lost my virginity... I wasn't ready and under the circumstances if felt more like my girlfriend was trying to trap me into a comitted relationship by trying to get me to get her pregnant than for pleasure or erotica...
For the whole thing I regret it... not a good experience...

It's hard to regret anything that shapes your life...it could totally change who you become.
Anyway, philosophy aside...16. No regrets because there is no point. But, if I could go back, not do it, and still end up with the same beautiful life I have now, yeah, I'd wait. It would have been nice to been with my husband only.

Yes I regret it but I can't change it. I wish I would of kept that until I was old enough to understand what all came with sex. Unfortunately I was 13.
