Which new rookie or new starter will make the most impact this year?

By new starter I mean like someone young 2 or 3rd year, like a Rashard McCants of Minnisota. Or wich rookie will do well?

i think he would because wolves need somebody to help KG. so he might do good. Adam morrison also would, he be a starter and would be deadly if left open behind trhe arc.
