I'm assuming you mean pregnancy, so from my own experience you probably will. My first was two weeks early and my second was three almost four weeks early. I eat healthy, don't drink or smoke and exercise regularly so it was nothing I did, my babies just don't need to bake in the oven as long as others. Both were healthy and came home with me the next day. Also I've read in studies that family history plays a big role in it also. If your mom was early, you're more like to go early, and vice versa.

How early was early? If it was only a few days, then then it really has no bearing on how things will go with your next child. If your first was premature then you might have a legitimate question. Some women simply cannot carry babies to term. But then if your first was premature, your OB now should know about it and they'd be monitoring you carefully.

How early are we talking? 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months.
Like everyone else said, all pregnancies are different.
