He should be investigated to determine if any laws were broken. Only he should be accountable for his actions. Any punishments, if applicable, should be handed out by the courts.

I think Mr. Foley will be taken care of in the court system eventually, I would like to see an bi-partisan commission investigate who knew and who covered it up. The people that covered it up should be forced to step down from congress and stand trial as the cover up in many ways is worse then the actual crime.

None,he has stepped down,no legal grounds for any charges thats already been verified with the FBI.Its done and over with altho there are others than want to take it further..,cant take it further since the page was the age of consent and it was a mutual IM conversation..,besides he didnt have sex with the page just cyber sex and theres alot of that that goes on here with 14 and 15 year olds and I know you have seen it,we all have.

if you behaved like he did in any other corporation ,you would have been sacked on the spot and reported to the police, you would have been charged with any number of offences.
being an elected politician does not give you any more legal protection than any other citizen,alledgedly.
