I don't get a lot of spots but around that awful time of the months I get little tiny ones, mostly on my forehead.

hi there, i used to suffer from hormonal spots prior to my period and i swear by evening primrose oil. i have been using this now for 2 years and its has cured a lot of hormonal changes including spots, cramps and mood swings. you can buy them from most chemist but i have found tesco to be the cheapest. Drink a lot. I mean A LOT of water the couple of days before you're PMS.
Then as soon as you feel them coming on honey on the spot. (Just a tiny amount) gets rid of them before they even have a chance to come on.

It sounds hormonal- but you can always follow a good diet and drink plenty of water- wash w a mild soap and try something w benzoyl peroxide to dry out the bumps- D

Try taking a suppliment with starflower oil and vitamin B complex. Also witch sticks made from witch hazel to apply to the spots themselves.
